GnpIS version 13.3 is now available. Major new functionalities and improvements are:

• New Association Genetics experiment application:
  • GWAS studies are integrated and displayed in a dedicated thematic interface.
  • Association Data can be graphically displayed (Manhattan plot, QQ plot).
• Portal for genetic resources:
  • BRC (Biological Resources Center) dedicated portal: Siregal . 
  • All genetic resources (BRC and non-BRC) are accessible in GnpIS .
• Polymorphic locus integration on contigs/scaffolds.
• Phenotypes data:
  • Improved performances for million phenotypes handling through Trial.
  • Data form unification.
